I get really tired of people saying that Disney movies teach little girls the wrong lessons in life.

Freaking Beauty and the Beast teaches you that you should love someone based on their personality, not their looks and that you shouldn’t ‘settle’ for things.

The Little Mermaid is all about stepping outside of your freaking comfort zone and making sacrifices to get the things that you want in life.

Aladdin, Jasmine is freaking yelling at people for trying to “live her life for her” and objectify her. She ain’t about that life.

Cinderella basically says “all good things to those who wait” and that you should treat people with some freaking respect regardless of their past actions. Good things will happen.

The whole point of Tangled is that we should give people second chances and follow our freaking dreams.

So slow your roll there super-feminist, surely you have other things to do- topless equality marches and pointless blogs to create.
